With the arrival of the HD or high definition projector the home cinema experience moves from being nothing more than idle day dreaming to full blown reality. We can now watch TV, watch films or play games consoles in massive 92 inch picture size in the comfort of your own home through an HD projector.

HD projectors are no able to be considered a suitable pieces of home equipment because they are now reliable, portable and are very high quality.  Not only this but the HD projector now costs a similar price to many LCD or Plasma screens meaning that we could buy an HD projector instead.

Alternatively if you don’t mind spending a little bit more then some of the best HD projectors on the market are likely to be within your reach. And perhaps surprisingly you will still only spend around £1,000.

This will blow you away. You can get at this price a top of the range HD projector filled with lots and lots of the most recent functionality. HD projectors can give you breathtaking performance in your home cinema. Just remember to spend as much as you can afford on the projector just to get that little extra quality.

There are currently two variants of the technology in the HD projector market for home cinemas. There’s the DLP projector and the LCD projector. Both provide you with a high quality experience although the do have some important differences.  LCD home cinema projectors are cheaper and still give high quality resolution.By choosing the DLP HD projector you get the smoothest picture quality and overall best performance.
